Although Scotland lacked the specialist services available in Northern Ireland, we adapted our approach to continue providing the client with guidance and encouragement. Through regular video calls, emails, and text messages, our team ensured they were not alone on their journey.
We worked closely with them to provide advice on CV, job applications, and preparing for interviews. We also acted as a sounding board, offering support and boosting their confidence as they navigated new challenges in their search for work.
