Final Session for Deaf Entrepreneurs in Jordanstown

17th October 2024

Jordanstown, Northern Ireland – AdaptNI is excited to announce the 6th and final session of the Self Employment Training Programme, set to take place in Jordanstown next week.

The 6 week project is funded by The Ulster Society for Promoting the Education of the Deaf and the Blind, and has incorporated a different theme each week, including, introduction to self-employment, Deaf entrepreneurs, finance, marketing and business planning.

This final session will be a comprehensive recap of the learning and progress achieved over the past weeks, offering an opportunity for participants to consolidate their skills and prepare for the next stage of their business journeys.

Participants will also have the chance to link up with Go Succeed, a key partner in supporting local entrepreneurs, and get expert advice from AdviceNI, who will be on hand to answer any questions and provide essential information.

This event marks the culmination of weeks of hard work, innovation, and creativity from Northern Irelands’ Deaf entrepreneurs. As they prepare to launch their business ideas, AdaptNI is working to organise a launch event to celebrate and showcase their progress, with details to be confirmed soon.

Stay Tuned:

Details of the upcoming launch event will be announced soon. We invite everyone to join us in celebrating and supporting these inspiring Deaf entrepreneurs as they take the next bold steps in their business ventures. This event is a unique opportunity for the community to witness the remarkable talent, creativity, and determination within the Deaf community and to connect with those driving positive change in local business.
